Too Bright? Too Dull?

Hey people,

As some of the guys complained that it's too bright and hurts the eyes, so I decreased the brightness by 20%. Is it too bright still, or it's too dull? Or is it ok? Tell me at the chatbox.

And oh yar, I put up the contents for the About, Layout and Links sections already! :) If you want your blog/space to be listed, please tell me! :)
